EPL was incorporated in 2010 by firm principals comprising of several real estate experts. Together the partners, along with other EPL’s professional staff, have widespread experience in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry, and from all sides of the table.  Our professional backgrounds include architectural design, asset management, Building economics, finance/accounting, construction, development, engineering and planning.

Support Consultants;

We work with other consultants in the construction industry. These include Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers and other specialist experts. Planners and Environmental specialists are also usually part of our team.
