Eng. Alexander, Managing Principal at Elite Projects Limited, brings over 32 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Holding advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA in Finance, he has led major projects such as residential complexes, commercial centers, and infrastructure developments across Kenya. His expertise spans project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. Known for his leadership and analytical skills, Alexander has also held senior roles in companies like Pinnacle Projects Ltd and Professional Service Industries, managing large-scale projects both locally and internationally.solutions that meet client needs and drive sustainable growth.

Duncan, a seasoned Registered Professional Engineer, boasts over 26 years of experience in building and infrastructure planning, design, construction, and monitoring. A Civil Engineering graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, he has held key roles, including Projects and Facilities Manager at NCBA Bank (formerly NIC Bank), where he oversaw the installation of the bank’s first ATMs and branch fit-outs. Duncan later joined Wanjohi Mutonyi Consult Ltd, contributing to diverse projects in Kenya and neighboring countries. He has also led major infrastructure initiatives at Home Afrika Communities Ltd, SMEC International, and Hass Consortium GVR Ltd. Currently, he manages infrastructure development projects, including road construction for KURA and private developments like Tatu City’s Kijani Ridge.

Antony is a seasoned Project Manager boasting a wealth of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects across diverse environments in Kenya and Mogadishu, Somalia. Antony holds a strong track record in overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. He additionally excels in strategic planning, contract management, and effective coordination among stakeholders. Adept at navigating both local and international construction standards, he’s ensured seamless execution of projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Antony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from JKUAT and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. Antony’s comprehensive expertise spans risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, positioning him as a key asset in delivering infrastructure
solutions that meet client needs and drive sustainable growth.
